      摘要:
      城镇污水处置提质增效三年步履已周全睁开,扬州市对污水管网进行了CCTV检测,周全排查出污水管道中具有的残墙、穿凿、接口零落和雨污水连通管等问题。经由过程开挖与非开挖管道修复,扬州汤汪、六圩污水厂的进水量、COD、BOD5目标比检测修复前显著提高,污水厂的处置能效显著晋升。扬州市连系本项目在江苏省率先成立了便在查询与治理的污水管网数据收集治理系统,对海量高清检测视频和测绘数据进行了消息化归集,按各级用户需求开辟了查询、统计、阐发等功能模块,便在动态更新治理,同时为下一步污水管网系统安装物联网终端感知装备和流量、水质传感器打好根本。总结阐发了污水管道管材拔取、闭水实验和污水管网CCTV检测中的留意点,可为其他城市展开污水提质增效步履供给参考。
      Abstract:
      The three-year action to improve the quality and efficiency of urban sewage treatment has been fully launched. Yangzhou City has carried out a CCTV inspection on the sewage pipe network, and comprehensively investigated the problems including residual wall, chiseling, interface falling off, rainwater and sewage connecting pipe. Through the excavation and trenchless repair of sewage drainage pipeline, the indexes of water inflow, COD and BOD5 of Tangwang and Liuwei sewage treatment plants in Yangzhou have been increased significantly compared with those before repair of the sewage drainage pipeline, and the treatment efficiency of the plants has been significantly improved. Based on this project, Yangzhou takes the lead in establishing a data collection and management system of sewage pipe network in Jiangsu Province, which is convenient for query and management. It collects massive high definition detection video and surveying and mapping data, and develops query, statistics, analysis and other functional modules according to the needs of users at all levels, resulted to an efficient facilitation of the dynamic update and management. Meanwhile, this work lays a good foundation for the installation of the internet of things terminal perception device as well as flow and water quality sensors for the novel sewage pipe network system in future. This paper investigated the critical issues in the selection of sewage pipe materials, closed water test and CCTV detection of sewage pipe network, which provides reference for other cities to carry out sewage quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
